How to access indro on your device
We offer three main paths to indro: an Android APK download, iOS browser access, and a mobile-optimized web app. Each delivers the full game library, payment options, and account controls. Below are the direct links to get started.
Installation walkthrough
- Download: For Android, download the APK file from our app download page; for iOS, open the indro web link in Safari and add it to your home screen.
- Install: Android users enable "Unknown Sources" in device settings (Settings > Security) to install the APK; iOS users save the web app icon directly.
- Create account: Open indro and enter your email, username, password, and mobile number; confirm the verification link sent to your inbox.
- Start playing: Upload Know-Your-Customer documents (government ID and address proof), choose a deposit method from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, and begin.
App versus browser experience
The indro app (Android) offers offline caching so you can review your account history and game library without an active internet connection; once you reconnect, all changes sync automatically. Push notifications alert you to live-game updates, promotional offers, and withdrawal status changes. Load times are typically faster because the app stores game assets locally. The iOS and web versions run in your browser and do not require installation; they work on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and sync perfectly across desktop, tablet, and phone. Both paths access the same account, deposit options, and live-dealer studios.
Choose based on your preference
The app suits users who value offline access and instant notifications; the browser suits those who prefer no installation or who switch between many devices. Both deliver indro's full feature set.
Device compatibility
Our indro app requires Android 7.0 or higher; older devices may not support the app but can still access indro through the mobile web interface. iOS users need iOS 12 or later to save the web app to their home screen. All Android and iOS devices manufactured in the past five years meet these requirements. If your device runs an older operating system, the web app remains available and fully functional through any modern browser.
Common installation issues and solutions
Android users sometimes see a warning that the APK is from "Unknown Sources"; this is normal. To proceed, go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable the toggle. Some devices flag the download as potentially unsafe due to the APK format; this is a standard Android security check and does not indicate malware. We sign our APK with standard certificates. If installation fails, clear your browser cache, restart your device, and download again. iOS users may see a "Untrusted Developer" message; dismiss it by going to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, finding the indro profile, and selecting "Trust". If the web app does not save to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and tap Share > Add to Home Screen.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the indro app, Android requests permission to access your device ID (to prevent duplicate accounts), internet connection, and storage for offline caching. We do not request permission to access your contacts, camera, or location. All data between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is never stored on your device; you enter it each time you log in (or use the "Remember me" option to skip login on trusted devices). If you lose your device, you can log out from all sessions through your account settings on indro, and your funds remain secure in your account until you withdraw them via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or another approved method.
